This unique, second story, two-bedroom apartment is located on second street, above the Buena Vista Restaurant. It boasts amazing sea views from the gigantic outdoor living area as well as from the living room and kitchen. There is also a large town balcony for excellent people watching.

It is extremely centrally located. This is the place to be if you like to be right in the thick of things. You are within walking distance of the central park, many restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and tour companies.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The living room includes a sofa-bed (American-style Queen size sofa-bed, not a futon style) and cable television. Wireless internet also included!!!

We are happy to make arrangements for tours and sightseeing while you are here. We can also help to arrange babysitting for families. Daily maid service, a private cook, and/or a private boat with a private captain are also available at an additional cost.

Panama City Condo

The condo is extremely centrally located, on an upper floor of Centrum Tower, off Via España, on Avenida Manuel Espinoza Batista, behind the Iglesia del Carmen, across the street from the Hotel Crowne Plaza, in the El Cangrejo neighborhood.

There are countless fashionable restaurants, shops, pharmacies, casinos, and beauty salons, a large supermarket and a movie theater within walking distance. The condo has a detailed guide book that provides area info, including a map with many nearby attractions highlighted.
